Todd Hudson shares his decades of Lean and training experience through coaching sessions that tailor the lessons to your needs and your organization’s requirements. He’ll guide you through your project and can also meet with your manager as needed.

As part of your certification, you will choose a real work project and apply the Lean techniques and tools as you learn them. By the end of your project, you will be able to report measurable improvements!

We start by teaching you how to view training as a problem-solving activity before creating and deploying content. Following the Plan-Do-Study-Act cycle, we teach you how to access skills, map learnscapes, and eliminate training waste.
CHOOSE AND DEPLOY THE MOST EFFECTIVE TRAINING METHODS.
No more “death by Powerpoint!” We teach when and how to use a variety of effective training methods, including making classroom training more interactive, choosing third-party videos, one-on-one teaching, and our popular Sure-Fire Instruction method for giving demonstrations.
EVALUATE RESULTS TO DRIVE EVEN MORE IMPROVEMENT
Counting “butts in classroom seats” does not measure whether content has sunk in and/or whether it will stick and be used when needed. We teach you metrics that measure whether your training is effective and how to use those metrics to continue improving ongoing and future training.
